Custom Quilt Journey

"The purpose of life is to live it, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience." - Eleanor Roosevelt

Creating a Legacy Quilt you will love is easy!

At the heart of the Legacy Quilts Custom Quilt Journey is a trained quilt consultant who will work with you and stay in contact throughout the process, asking for input when necessary, guiding and suggesting as appropriate.

There is no obligation to buy until you approve your design and return the price-guaranteed Quilt Agreement to Legacy Quilts with your fabrics.  Through this process we sincerely hope we can help you envision and achieve a Legacy Quilt you will love.

Here are the beginning steps on a Custom Quilt Journey.

Step 1: Browse the possibilities

Start your Custom Quilt Journey by visiting our Begin pages. Or, jump in by browsing our Quilt Gallery and noting quilt designs that appeal to you.

While exploring the site, if you find it helpful, please visit our useful Anatomy of a Quilt , Glossary of Quilting Terms , and other Helps pages to familiarize yourself with quilting terminology and commonly referred-to elements in a quilt. However, no quilt experience is required to get started or to have a quilt made.   We make it easy and fun -  for everyone from seasoned quilters to beginners!

Step 2: Contact Us

Next, Contact Us by completing our online Quilt Questionnaire, or just shoot us an email or phone call.  Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions - we're happy to help. Or, if you're undecided, finish only the Contact Information and we will be in touch to discuss your needs further.

Step 5: Quilt Construction

Please allow at least 8 weeks for custom quilt orders.  Spring and Christmas times are especially busy, so 8 weeks can be a MINIMUM.  Please plan accordingly!

Done!

When your quilt is complete, Legacy Quilts will notify you and send an invoice.  Once payment is received, your quilt will be shipped, ready for you and your loved ones to share and enjoy for years to come!
